leak at lower manifold/fuel rail insulator. After re-assembly, It will run if I have my foot on the pedal, but if I take it off quickly, it dies. I managed to ease my foot off and it stayed running long enough for me to exit the car and adjust the IAA screw enough to get 750rpm (yellow plug disconnected). But as soon as I increased the rpms, if I let off quickly, it dies with a capitol "D". TPS connected, all IAA plugs (yellow & Blue)connected. IAA is only 1yr old as is the PTU & MAF. No boost leaks. I have no idea what's wrong.
